EURepNow processes account, company, representation, Article 30, billing, support and technical data needed to operate the service. The precise roles of the parties depend on the processing activity and contractual context.
Security approach
The service is designed around access controls, authenticated accounts, server-side records, audit logging, data minimisation and separation of client, partner and administration areas. Production infrastructure and providers must be configured consistently with these controls before launch.
Service providers
EURepNow may use vetted infrastructure, payment, communications and professional-service providers. Provider and subprocessor information should be maintained as the production stack is finalised.
Incidents
Suspected security incidents are assessed and handled according to their nature, impact and applicable legal notification obligations.
Client responsibilities
Clients must protect their credentials, provide accurate data and notify EURepNow of relevant changes or suspected compromise affecting their account.
